This time in the United States is winding down. Depart tomorrow for Miami Beach, to spend time with Trustees from Florida International University and then on to Santiago on Sunday night, to arrive in Ouanaminthe on Monday.
It has been a very productive and progressive time in the U.S. As many of the new relationships and opportunities develop I will keep you up to date. It was wonderful family and friend time too. Returning to Haiti refreshed, ready to focus on this school year, and feeling blessed beyond measure.

It seems like forever since I blogged...I truly took a break from it right?!! While in the U.S. I have so far spent the month of July literally packing, cleaning out, selling, donating and moving out of my condominium in Cuyahoga Falls. Then traveling to Pennsylvania to pick up Hugues, Evelyne and the two middle school ESL students, dropping the students in Ohio, spending a few days running Hugues around to various meetings and then we drove Evelyne to Kentucky. Had a wonderful visit with the Brown family, then to Lexington to meetings and a visit with the Kentucky Haiti Partnership team. Blessed by the many people who love the ministry!
On to Muskoka Canada for wonderful family and friend time - so, so wonderful! Here's a photo of the blessing we have to go refresh called "Fairhaven North"
(Acts 27:7-8) When we had sailed slowly for a good many days, and with difficulty had arrived off Cnidus, since the wind did not permit us to go farther, we sailed under the shelter of Crete, off Salmone; ⁸ and with difficulty sailing past it we came to a place called Fair Havens, near which was the city of Lasea.

And to share with others to also be refreshed, for 44 years!

Urgent Need:
I need a host family for ESL student Anselinio Saintilnord (Wesley's younger brother) from July 27 - August 5. He is a 7th grader, 12 years old.
You will need to practice his english with him and just live life with him so that he can practice his english.
Since this will be the first week he is in the states he will need some clothing - casual clothes, pajamas ( i.e. undershirts and boxer shorts), underwear, bathing suit if you are going to lake, pool, beach. We do split the student's traveling expenses per family so we do need a financial commitment of $525.

Travel plans, airport greeters, a welcome party are all in the works for the students to arrive on U.S. soil next Thursday, July 25!
Please pray for one of our ESL students, as she holds a multi-entry Visa already, but her Dad has been trying to get her passport renewed since January. One of our "favorite" (tongue-in-cheek) phrases around Univers is, "it's always something"!

The ESL and college students are one step closer to having their dreams come true! July 25 is the expected travel date. Thank you all who have supported this event through prayer and encouragement.
