Yesterday I went to visit with one of the families of Imelda, a Philo (grade 13) student. Of course, they really want her to go to Florida Gulf Coast University, which she's already applied and is the next in line to go to the states for college, but...we are $11,000 short on tuition! A big nut to crack, but not for God! Though He hasn't yet provided anyone yet, although I've talked with many people and a few churches in the SW Florida area, He has so far provided a host family for her to live with, who will provide room and board, and a church considering to provide $2,000 the first year. Please be praying for someone to come forward. Thank you!
Purpose of this blog
Personal missionary work as a coordinator for the college students who graduated from Institution Univers in Ouanaminthe, HAITI.
I act as a liaison for those currently in college and their sponsors, until the students have all graduated, whether in USA, Haiti or the Dominican Republic.
As well, I encourage those who have graduated from college but have not yet returned to Haiti, to return to fulfill the purpose of their education, for themselves, their families, their country and most importantly, for God.
